A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. That provider processes the query and supplies its result. We do not keep a local log of those search terms.

It publishes general access information for the sheriff, courts, New Mexico Department of Public Safety, and New Mexico Sex Offender Registry. Visitor information is not turned into a consumer report or a record about another person, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there falls under the provider’s own privacy terms, including its retention and sharing rules. Review those terms before running a query because this policy does not control the provider.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, court portals, New Mexico agencies, legal resources, and outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Read it before providing personal details.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. Their tracking does not run as a criminal-record database here.
